When fast food fails you- What happened to the American Way?
To-day I had the Worst. Pizza. Ever.
I hate you, O national pizza chain that hath failed me.
On another note, my room continues to be under my control- *pauses while readers regain conciousness* - although I still have the pesky situation with my CDs and a few vases.
My employment as a supermarket scab may be ending as soon as next week. Alas, the illustrious career must one day end, fading into corporate legend and the occasional epic poem. It was a good run. I won't be terribly sorry to see it all end. Maybe I'll sleep in for a week.
Sonia (of floral) gave me a deal on some little gift plants that hadn't been selling. They are the best thing I've gotten out of the strike so far(besides a couple foreign coins and like, the money, yo.).
Each is in a simple little pastel-coloured glazed pot. Six hyacinths and two crocuses. I fell in love with the hyacinths the moment I smelled them. A lovely, sweet smell. Not like sugar, but flowery and fresh.
All are lined up on my windowsill which only adds to the cutseyness of my girlie room. The best part? On the first morning they had all bloomed overnight and my room smelled heavenly.
